THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the day of J & * . £ ____________ > 1951, "by and between LAS VEGAS LAUD AND WATER COMPANY, a Corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company”, Party of the First Part, and FRANKLIN & LAW REALTY and DEVELOPMENT CO., INC. a corporation of the State of Nevada, with address at 173^ South Main Street Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider", Party of the Second Part WITNESSETH: R E C I T A L S WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of a portion of Block k, Tract 3, Boulder Dam Hcmesite Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, as recorded in Book 1, Page 79 of Clark County Records, and WHEREAS, the Subdivider has made application for water service to serve said tract and will contract for the installation of water mains and pipe line, and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said homes with water; A G R E E M E N T ARTICLE I SUBDIVIDER AGREES; 1. At its own expense to furnish all necessary labor and materials to construct a six inch (6") cast iron water main in location described as follows: Commencing at a point in alley of said Block k, approximately 310* easterly of the east line of 21st Street, thence continuing easterly along said alley a distance of 360* to 23rd Street, together with connection for fire hydrant in location to be designated by the Fire Department of the City of Las Vegas. - 1 A -76
