    m f o t w Gentlemen: Your proposal to'furnish all necessary superintendence, labor, tools and equipment, and to perform all work required in the construction and'laying of cast iron water mains in Las'Vegas, Clark County,; Nevada, and connections therewith, as follows, to-wit: 1. All work hereunder shall be performed to the complete satisfaction of the Vice President of the TTater Company, or his authorized representative, it being distinctly understood, however, that the Water Company shall have no control whatsoever over the methods employed in or the manner of performing any of the work herein provided for. Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, at the location hereinabove specified and shall consist of removing pavement where required, excavating and backfilling trench, laying approximately _____ feet of cast iron pipe, making necessary connections to said "present water mains, installing the necessary valves and fittings and restoring surface of the ground to original condition, subject to the approv­al of the Vice President of the water Company, or his authorized representative. 3. Water Company agrees to furnish without cost to you, all necessary pipe, valves, fittings and material, f.o.b.'cars, Union Pacific Railroad Company^ freight yards, Las Vegas, Nevada} from which point you agree, at your own’ cost, to unload said pipe, valves, fittings and material from said cars and to haul and dis­tribute same to locations hereinbefore described. f|i§g| Ifrwfflf 2.
