Reinhardt, Vice President of the Water Company, at which time they agreed on a change of basis which permitted the Subdivider to construct under private contract* at their own expense, only that portion of water main extensions lying within Block 1 of Boulder Dam Homeeite Addition Ho. 6 , cost of which is the agreed sum of ^1 .^50.00, which amount is subject to refund.
