March Zkt 1952 kol South Second St Las Vegas, Nevada Mr. Sam Pahor 2021 Edgewood Ave. Ls.8 Vegas, Nevada Dear Sirs In Deoamber 1951, pursuant to agreement with you and your associates, the Las Vegas Land and Water Company installed a water main In Edgewood Avenue, the water main was constructed and your property Is now served with water from the new line. We wish to advise that effective December 1, 1951, water service charges for your property will be at the rate of #6*25 per month. For your further information, all water rates are set up in accordance with the Nevada Public Service Commission Rules and Regulation. Our records indicate charges as follows? Water service for period of December 1951 k thru M&roh 1952 months # 16*25 per month #25*00 Increase of old rate for months of S#pt.
