Section 22, immediately north of H.F.M. 4 M. Addition in Lae Vegass the Lae Vegae Land and Water Company le willing to extend its water mains into the Westelde Park Addition in accordance with the provisions of Rule 9-A, on file with the Public Service Commission, which provides that the subdlvider will advance the estimated cost of such extension, earn# to he refunded on the haele of 50% of the revenues received therefrom over a period of 10 years or until the amount advanced has been refunded, whichever occurs first. Bpon receipt of your advice that you wish to proceed with this arrangement, we will prepare our usual form of contract and place an order with the pipe company for the pipe required and pressed promptly with its installation as soon as the pipe is available.
