X RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill in executing C. L. D. 15711-2, dated September 15, 1966, Letter of Participation with City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California, Industry P. C. No. 113 vacated Eighth Avenue in Tract No. 1343, statement as to a full and complete list of all abutting properties of Las Vegas Land and Water Company which have contributed to the cost of construction of the sewer system constructed under Industry Private Contract No. 113, description being all property fronting on said sewer, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and con­firmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill and Secretary D. E. Clark in executing C. L. D. 15711-3, dated July 28, 1967, Offer of Dedication to City of Industry, California, declaring that the sanitary sewers and appurtenant structures con­structed under Industry Private Contract No. 114 in accordance with the plans filed in the office of the City Engineer, City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California, are built for public use and that upon their acceptance by City of Industry, all right, title and interest of Las Vegas Land and Water Company in and to said sewers shall vest in said City, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and cop-firmed.
