(UP)—Robert Allen, chairman of the Nevada Public Service Com­mission, said today a decision on an application for water rate increases, in Las Vegas would be released^ iVlonday. The commission met earlier in the week to discuss the rate in­crease but delayed a decision be­cause of the necessity of recheck­ing various financial figures in­volved. bert Blonde Enters Bankruptcy Proceedings Claiming assets of $8,105, prin­cipally in insurance, and with liabilities of $17,204, Robert A. Blonde, former special represent- ? ative of the president of the Un­ion Pacific Railroad in Las Vegas, ‘ yesterday was adjudged a bank­rupt by Judge Roger Foley in federal court. Blonde, who was transferred to a railroad post in Los Angeles two months ago, was represented in court by Atty. John W. Bonner. In accepting his ple'a as a bank­rupt, Judge Foley referred the case to Frank W. Ingram, referee in bankruptcy for disposition of assets.
