As you will recall* the original plan was that the subdividers would advance to tha Water Company the estimated cost of labor and fittings, and the fittings were ordered on that basis. However, it wae subsequently decided that the subdivldere would put in their own line, their contract including the labor and fittings. we have paid for the fittings and freight charges and will appreciate your check to oover.
