Las Yagas - April l8f 1943 W 2-6 Mr* Frank Strong* Ass ^ust in receipt of minutes of the last Board meeting of the LYLAWOo. held on April 13th and note that there were not sufficient hoard members to hold, the meeting, In this connection I wish to call your attention to the fact that under date of April loth, your File 085 apparently there was a notice sent to me concerning this regular monthly meeting which was not received in my office until April 14, one day after the meeting was supposed to be held, I oould either have been there or sent ray proxy so that there would not have had to be an adjournment. This same thing has happened once or twice before and I am at a loss to know why a notification sent April 10th did not reach me until the 14th. WitTIR R»BRACK!!.
