    SERVICE & MATERIAL Commissioner Fountain moved that the Service and Material Warrants WARRANTS No. 3720-3878 in the amount of $86,869.47 be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. MINUTES Commissioner Whipple moved the minutes of the December 3, 1958 meeting be approved by reference and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. CHARITABLE SOLICITATION Commissioner Whipple moved the following Charitable Solicitation PERMITS Permits as recommended by the Solicitation Review Board be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the permits as follows: ST. ANNE MOTHERS CLUB - Rummage Sale TRI-HI-Y CHAPTER #3 - Rummage Sale CAMP FIRE GIRLS - HORIZON CLUB - Bake Sale CLARK COUNTY CHAPTER OF THE NATIONAL FOUNDATION, INC. March of Dimes Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. LIQUOR & GAMING APPLICATION The Commission considered the application of Charles Teel, J. Schuyler and H. Capps for a package liquor and beer bar license and 6 slots at the 19th Hole, Inc. 1311 East Charleston; the licenses are presently issued to Robert O'Brien, Robert Cardinal and E. Sullivan doing business as the O'Brien's Liquor Store, 1311 East Charleston. The 19th Hole Inc. Commissioner Fountain moved that the application of Charles Teel, J. Schuyler and H. Capps for a package liquor and beer bar license Approved and 6 slots at the 19th Hole Inc., 1311 E. Charleston be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the licenses. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. LIQUOR LICENSES The Commission considered the application of Dominick DeMatteis for New a Beverage and Beer License at Dominick's Villa-Capri, 1510 and 1512 Dominick's Villa Capri South 5th Street Approved Commissioner Whipple moved that the application of Dominick De Matteis for a Beverage and Beer License at Dominick's Villa-Capri, 1510 and 1512 South 5th Street be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by the Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. GAMING APPLICATIONS Commissioner Fountain moved that the following applications for new New gaming licenses be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue be authorized to issue the licenses: Approved COFFEE POT TU 415 W.
