W* Wendliok: Referring to your letter of January 20th, file 6, regarding two reducing nipples 14" x 10" turned over to you as surplus from Work Order 1815, water wells at Las Vegas, Nevada, purchased on order SD-3383-A* Inasmuch as these nipples were purchased on Railroad Company purchase order and were not used in connection with Las Vegas water wells, no doubt the cost of same remains in M.O.H* Account of the Railroad and in order to transfer to tf.C.M* of oil wells, it is my opinion you should render requisition against Los Angeles Store in the same manner as other material transferred from Los Angeles Store, showing notation in body of requisition date actually received, and originally ordered on purchase order SD-3383-A for use in connection with Work Order 1815, Water Wells at La c o $ SLM m 2 2 1942
