Z should like to have your reaction to the plan suggested by Superintendent Cunningham, and what the cost of the lateral line referred to would be. Incidentally, should also like to know what, if anything further, has been said to you. by the Rio Grande Oil Company with respect to a permanent water connection, assuming they are still obtaining water under temporary arrangement made a few weeks ago when the P.F.E.
