Las Vegas - liar oh IX, X044 W 23-7 Mr. L. A* Mchamee: Referring to Mr. Bennett* s letter March 7 regarding application of eater service by Placid® Kaufman to Lot *8* of Park Place. It has been our practice in handling off-line connections in other locations, particularly HFM&M 4ddition, to make connection at the nearest {sain from which point the property owner lays hie own pipe and is responsible for the maintenance thereof. However, will you kindly draw up an agreement as outlined in Mr. Bennett*s letter and I think these four points should be included: (X) that we be delivered copy of permit from the City to Mr. Kaufman allowing M s to excavate the street. flj fhat the second hand pipe will be inspected by our representative before it is placed In the ground. (3) That Mr. Kaufman will maintain the service pipe from the main to his property. |4| That any water served through this pipe to Kaufman or others in the future will be paid to las Vegas land and Water Company. co: Mr. E. £.
