    \ 1 - Subdivider, at its sole cost and expense, to furnish all necessary materials and labor and construct; (a) Approximately 3,362 LP of water mains; 8” cast iron (b) Approximately 3,821 LP of water mains; 6n cast iron (c) Approximately 130 LF of 6” fire hydrant connections; cast iron (d) One 12M pressure reducing valve complete in place to be installed in existing water main at Bonanza Road and Highway 95; to serve Twin Lakes Village Unit No. 2 and a portion of Blocks 1 and 2 of Heers Subdivision Nevada-1, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35/£ of revenue received by it from consumers located within Twin Lakes Village Subdividion Unit No. 2, and also consumers located in Block 1 of Heers Subdivision Nevada-1 taking direct service from water mains so installed, for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid the agreed-upon sum of $44,862.00, whichever first occurs; 3 - Company to own said water mains; 4 - Subdivider to furnish Company necessary ease­ments for said pipe lines to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, to­gether with Bill-of-Sale, Title Guarantee and Policy of Title Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Rider, C.L.D. 11378-1, dated March 9, 1954, terminating effective March 31, 1954, agreement Audit No. 10698, dated July 21, 1953, expiring July 20, 1958, with Long Beach Rotary Club, covering license for automobile parking on -7-
