Later I have just heard of a book published by Barcus, Kindred & Co., 231 So. LaSalle Street, Chicago, "A Study of Waterworks Charges in 286 Cities", which I hear is very good. It might be well if your water company in Las Vegas bought a copy of this; and if it is good we will get one. C. B. Sexton
