    4 - Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easements where said pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification: Ac Fo E. No. 4 (W. 0. #668), issued March 20, 1951; Las Vegas, N ev.; construct 640 ft. of 6” cast iron water pipe line extending southerly along north Main Street from existing end of 6” line near Sears-Roebuck plant. Total estimated ex­penditure, $2510, chargeable to Investment in Water System-Las Vegas, Nevada. A. F. E» No. 5 (W. 0. #669), issued March 29, 1951; Las Vegas, Nev.; construct 1055 ft. of 6n cast iron water main, replacing 175 ft. of 4” cast iron water main with 6” cast iron water main, and lowering 75 ft. of 4 n cast iron water main in 21st Street from connection at Stewart Avenue and in alley between Marlin and Elm Avenues. Total estimated expenditure, $4770, chargeable $4050 to Investment in Water System, Las Vegas, Nevada, and $720 to Operating Expenses. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in approving the aforementioned A. F. E. Requests be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
