I agree.LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Handorf Ranch 717 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing C.L.D* No. 15341, dated May 18, 1966, Letter of Understanding with Los Angeles County Flood Control District, granting the District permission to place dirt and furnish all supervision, labor, tools, transportation, and all other items required to place said dirt on certain areas of the Land Company, described as Disposal Sites 5 and 6, in City of Industry, California, dirt to be placed not to exceed 197,000 cubic yards, as directed by Chief Engineer of the Land Company or his authorized representative, to be placed no later than December 1, 1966 and without cost to the Land Company for the dirt or placing of said dirt, Flood Control District to indemnify Land Company and to procure insurance; be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
