\ lands for any purpose not inconsistent with the easement granted; instrument executed is subject to all conditions, limitations, restrictions, encumbrances, easements, licenses or interests of any person which may affect the said lands, and the word "grant" shall not be construed as a covenant against the existence of any thereof; Grantee, as consideration of the foregoing grant of easement, agrees as follows: 1. To maintain said sanitary sewer and appurte­nant structures in good condition and repair at all times, at its expense. 2. That prior to the commencement of any work within the boundaries of said parcel of land, Grantee shall give to the Grantor reasonable notice of not less than seventy-two (72) hours, stating the exact time for the commencement of any work and the nature of work to be done, emergency repairs, however, excepted. 3. Grantor shall at once have the right to resume exclusive possession of said lands, or any part thereof, in the event Grantee, for a continuous period of three (3) years, abandons use or fails at any time to use the lands for the purposes set out; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H. Bailey and Assistant Secretary S. J. How in executing option agreement bearing C.L.D. No. 15938, dated March 28, 1968 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Edward P. Roski and Beatrice H. Roski, husband and wife, and William B. Martin, an individual, referred to as Purchaser, granting option to purchase a certain parcel of land described therein, in City of Industry, Los Angeles County, -4-
