Bracken: Referring to affidavit in support of March 1, 1913,value attached to your letter dated September IE, 19E9, file W-l-2, showing value referred to above for Lots 5 and 6 Block 24, Lots El and E2 Block 25 and Lots 17 and 18, Block 23 of Clark’s Las Yegas Town- site : It is noted that on Line 20 of this affidavit the year is not completed. Please add the figure "9”. Heretofore it has been your practice to submit original and three copies of affidavits, in support of March 1, 1913, value, for each sale. The affidavit referred to above covers property included in three separate sales, and the property covered by one sale has not yet been retired from our accounts due to non-receipt of approved Pom 30-C. In view of this you should exclude reference to Lots 17 and 18, Block 23, in this affidavit. In this connection please advise if it is not possible to state the March 1, 1913 value of Pour Room Houses at $1800.00, plus the value of the two lots at $142.00 each and the value of the Five Room Houses as $1900.00 plus the value of the two lots at $142.00 each, in order to show in the affidavit a total amount of $2084.00 and $2184,00 as the March 1, 1913 value of Pour and Five Room Houses, respectively, which figures have been used previously in showing these values and is in accordance with my letter of March 7, 1928, above subject and file.
