Ross Clarki implying to-your letter of March 15th relative to auaitional living quarters at Las Vegas: please hote attached from Mr. Kellogg who has gone into the matter considerably•in detail. I have since understood from Mr. Bracken that it has finally been decided to add to the rooming house. It might be well to consider furnishing some apartments that could-be , let out as suggested by Mr. Kellogg. Instead of going ahead with say fifteen of these, I would suggest .trying out two or three.
