An easement?for the construction, operation, maintenance and repair of a water pipe line across said land, along the northerly prolongation of the alley now existing between Main and First Streets in the City of Las Vegas, and also an easement for the construction, operation, maintenance and repair of a water pipe line across said land;, extending from said, last mentioned pipe line easterly _toward the southwest corner of the said "Stewart Burial Plat”, hereinabove referred to, with the right toyenter thereon for the purpose of constructing and thereafter maintaing both of said pipe lines, is hereby reserved by Grantor. 9.
