1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 Commencing at the interaection of Douglas Drive and the north line of Charleston Boulevard, thence souther­ly in Douglas Drive a distance of 730 feet to an end at Ashby Avenue; then commencing at the intersection of Melville Drive and Ashby Avenue, thence northerly in Melville Drive a distance of 500 feet; thence at right angles easterly in the alley between Charleston Boulevard and Ashby Avenue a distance of 860 feet; thence at right angles southerly in Barnard Drive a distance of 500 feet to an end at Ashby Avenue; then commencing at the intersection of Darmak Drive and the alley between Charleston Boulevard and Ashby Avenue, thence southerly in Darmak Drive a distance of 500 feet to an end at Ashby Avenue. The cost of constructing said water mains is the agreed sum of Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Seven & 60/100 # . .............Dollars, ($12,927.60.) 2. Said water mains shall be constructed of 2000 feet of 6" cast iron pipe and 1090 feet of 8" cast iron pipe, equal to AWWA specifications and all joints shall be of cement. Said pipe shall have at least 36** cover­ing, and the installation shall be subject to the approval and acceptance of a duly authorized representative of the company. 3. At Subdivider's sole cost and expense, to survey and accurately stake upon the ground the line along which said water mains are to be laid, and to indicate street and alley grades by appropriate stakes. 4. To furnish the Company easements, satisfactory in form, where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, said easements to be five feet on each side of the center line of said pipe line. 5. To furnish a bill of sale for said water mains, conveying to the Company all right, title and interest in the said water mains free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. - 2 - h h b h m
