(c) If there was at that time 0.15 percent or more by weight of alcohol in the defendant's blood, it shall be presumed that the defendant was under the influence of intoxicating liquor. SECTION 5. The provisions of Section 4 of this ordinance shall not be construed as limiting the introduction of any other competent evidence bearing upon the question whether or not the defendant was under the influence of intoxicating liquor. SECTION 6. The Municipal Judge in imposing sentence for the violation of a pro­vision of this ordinance shall not suspend the same nor any part thereof and it shall be his duty upon the revocation of the operator's or chauffeur's license, within five days, to forward a record of the conviction to the Department of Motor Vehicles of the State of Nevada. SECTION 7. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are here­by repealed. SECTION 8. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its publication as in the next section provided, and final passage. SECTION 9. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks immediately following its first reading and adoption in the Las Vegas Review Journal, a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas. BAKER, Mayor SHIRLEY LODWICK, City Clerk The above and foregoing ordinance was first proposed and read by title to the Board of Commissioners on the 4th day of December, 1957 and referred to the following committee composed of Commissioners Fountain and Whipple for recommendation; thereafter said or­dinance and title were amended, and the said committee reported favorably on said or­dinance on the 8th day of January, 1958, which was a regular meeting of said Board of Commissioners; that at said regular meeting the proposed ordinance was read in full as amended, and adopted by the following vote: Voting "Aye": Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor Voting "Nay": None Absent: None ATTEST: APPROVED: SHIRLEY LODWICK, City Clerk C. SCHELLACK, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: That he is Foreman of the LAS VEGAS RE­VIEW JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, of general circulation, printed and published at Las Vegas in the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the attached was continuously published in said newspaper for a period of Two (2) insertions from January 12, 1956 to January 19, 1956 inclusive, being the issues of said newspaper for the following dates, to-wit: January 12, 19, 1958.
