Mr. W. R,Bracken, Agent; Las Vegas, Hey. Bear Sir:- Regarding the water service in Thomas Block, lot 20, block £| There are several store rooms on the ground floor and office rooms above. The designation '’Office building:” has evidently been assumed to govern the charge for water service for the entire building. At present there are some offices occupied and a drug store in corner store room, also a portion of the building is occupied for hospital purposes. I do not believe $2.00 to be large enought charge for this building when fully occupied, or even as occupied at present.
