' f . 1946, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER I COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called 4 "Company”, Party of the First Part, and W* 0* WRIGHT, L* H. SIMS, 5 B. E. BARTLETT, SR*, M. S* McCOY, FRED NIELSEN, MARY LLOYD, H* C. 6 STEWARD and HORACE SHIDLER of Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter 7 colleotively called "Owners”, Party of the Second Part, 8 WITNESSETH: 9 Recitals 10 WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of 11 distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, 12 Clark County, Nevada, and 13 WHEREAS, the Owners are the owners of certain lots in 14 the Woodland Park as per plat thereof on file and of record in 15 Book 1 of Plats at Page 117, Clark County Nevada Records, all in 16 the City of Las Vegas, (Hark County, Nevada, and has made applica- 17 tion to the Company to extend its water mains a distance of approx- 18 imately 1512 feet, more or less, through certain blocks in said 19 Woodland Park, and 20 WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said extensions 21 partially pursuant to the terms and conditions of its Rule 9A on 22 file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada, 23 approved January 16, 1940, and pursuant to the terms hereinafter 24 set forth, and 25 WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the work to be performed 26 by the Company pursuant to this oontract, is $1804*00* 1.
