KING, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is a eltisen of the United States and more than twenty-one years of aget residing at 259 Kansas Street9 Henderson9 County of Clark, Nevada, and is personally acquainted with the mining claims known as the Humming Bird No* 1, Humming Bird No* 2, and Humming Bird No* 3, and the White Bird No* 1, White Bird No* 2 and White Bird No* 3 Lode Mining Claims, situated approximately 12 miles southeasterly from B unker?ills, on the Arlsona S trip , unknown mining d is tric t, Mohave County, Arisons, the location notice of each of which is recorded in the office of the County Recorder of said County* That between the 15th day of Hay. IfM I, A.D. and the 2Wth day of June, 19*t3, A .D ., at least $500.00 worth of work and improvements were done and performed upon the Humming Bird Croup and the White Bird Croup. Such work and improvements were made by and at the expense of i« F. King, holder of Bond and Lease on said claim s, for the purpose of complying with the laws of the United States pertaining to assessment or annual work, and Winfred f . Wedding, Roy watterson, E lio t Charles and f .
