Smith Recommendation for LVL&W Co. authority to construct 1170 LF of 6" cast iron water main and 20 LF of 6" fire hydrant connection to service Alta Vista Addition No. 2, Las Vegas, Nevada, at estimated cost of $4,370, chargeable to*Investment of which $220 is a Donation. Mr. Royes Petersen has commenced the development of Alta Vista Addition No. 2, Las Vegas, and requests installation of water mains to serve the tract. Mr. Petersen agrees to deposit $4,810 to cover the cost of the work plus 10$ for overhead and supervision of which amount $4,570 is subject to refund persuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9. The balance of $240 represents cost plus 10$ of constructing two fire hydrant connections, which is not refundable but is capitalized as a Donation. Request authority to prodeed with installation of water main upon execution of usual form of refund agreement by subdivider. Mr. Bennett sees no legal objection. A. F.
