Preliminary Information for easements to be aoqulred from Lae Vegas Land and Water Co.; pieces or paroels of land situated In the Cosnty of Clark, State of Nevada, and more particularly described In Exhibit "A*. The easements hereby granted over the above described land shall be confined to a atrip thirty (30) feet in width, being fifteen (15) feet on each side of the centerlines particularly described in Exhibit “3“, EXHIBIT *A* The Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter and the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter, all in Seotion 26, Township 20 South, Range 61 East, M.D.B. & M.
