3- ^ and Secretary in executing and delivering lease agreement, 0. L. D. No. 2021, dated June 7, 1938, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, as Lessor, and H. F. Moss, doing business as Market Sales Co., Lessee, covering a portion of vegetable packing shed, located at East Seventh and Myers Streets, Los Angeles, California, to be used for the manufacture of fruit and vegetable boxes from shook, for term beginning June 15, 1938, and extending to June 15, 1939; rental consideration $37.50 per month, payable monthly in advance, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed On motion duly made-and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing and delivering easement, dated July 13, 1938 (Contract Dept. No. 23354), from Las Vegas Land and Water Company to City of Long Beach, State of California, covering a right of way six (6) feet in width, for the con­struction, maintenance and operation at a depth of not less than ten (10) feet below ground surface of a 21-inch vitrified clay pipe outfall trunk sewer serving the California Heights and Municipal Airport Area, in the City of Long Beach, County of Los Angeles, State of California, and lying three (3) feet on each side of, measured at right angles from the following described center line and the prolongation thereof: Beginning at the point of intersection of the prolongation easterly of the center line of 28th Street with the easterly line of California Avenue in the City of Signal Hill, California; thence easterly along said prolonged street center line a distance of 106.78 feet, more or less, to a point in the easterly line of the land of the grantor,
