9987, dated June 2, 1939, expiring April 23, 1944, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Licensor, and Richfield Oil Corporation, Licensee, covering license for dry gas pipe line between Cherry and Walnut Avenues, Long Beach, California; consideration |61.20 per annum, payable annually in advance; said license being revocable by Land Company at any time by giving Licensee 60 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing deed, Audit No. 4656, dated April 17, 1944, from Las Vegas Land and Water Company to Pete E. Jacob and Mary P. Jacob, husband and wife, conveying Lot 3, Block 4, Tract 1867, Yermo, California; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; subject to ? General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1944-1945, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith; Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving to Land Company all coal, oil and other mineral rights; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification? W. 0. #488, issued Peb. 15, 1944; Yermo, Calif.; retirement of 4750 sq. ft. of land, being Lot 10, Block 3, Tract 1867; sold to Elias R. and Mabel C. Barton, covered by Deed Audit No. 4627.
