Copy of Permit to the American- Hawaiian Steamship Company for Berthing p rivileges, e tc ., at said dock. 2. Copy of le tte r from Secretary of the Harbor Commission to the Board of Harbor Commissioners. 3. Copy of City Attorney’ s opinion. 4. Copy of City Ordinance Ho. 30,259 (Hew S e rie s). ^Mr. Wann has had some correspondence on this subject with the Harbor Commission and he kindly fu rnished me with copies of the same.
