I extending to and including July 16, 1955, term of lease agreement Audit No. 10345 (UPRR Audit No. A-59339), dated December 15, 1945, expiring July 16, 1950, with LA&SLRRCo. and its Lessee, UPRRCo., covering site for loading platform at Vegetable Shed No. 3, Los Angeles, Calif.; rental $44.00 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider, MNttLB 1684-2, dated July 6, 1950, extending to and including July 31, 1952, term of lease agreement Audit No. 10374, with Bert Webb, dated August 1, 1946, expiring July 31, 1950, covering portion of Lot 1, Block 2, Clark’s Las Vegas Town-site, together with building located thereon, Las Vegas, Nevada; rental $40 per month, payable in advance; subject to termination on thirty days’ written notice by either party; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing reversionary easement, dated July 14, 1950, Deed Audit No. 5065, granting State of Nevada the right to construct and maintain a highway upon and along a 6-ft. strip of land, containing an area of 2697.24 sq. ft., located on west side of North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo.s 1 - All minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; and -2-
