Upon checking over the contents of the package mailed June 8 , Including the 15 copies of the Agreement complete except for Exhibits NA “ "D " and “H " , I found the three complete conformed copies of the Agreement. I sincerely apologize for neglecting to check thoroughly. However, the separate package in roll form, containing 15 uncolored prints of Exhibits “A** "D " and "H " has not arrived. I have checked with the Post O ffice and the Postmaster suggested that a tracer be put on the package from that end. Part of the trouble may be due to the fact that the package was addressed to 900 South 5th Street or Post O ffice Box N o . 1448. The las Vegas V alley Water District no longer has an office at the South 5th Street address and no longer has Post O ffice Box N o . 1448.
