and replacement of the following pipe lines for the con­veyance of water to be constructed pursuant to the pro­visions of Section 5 hereof, the location of each of which said pipe lines is described in Exhibit "F" and is shown by broken red and white lines or by solid red lines on said Exhibit "A": (k-9) Between points S, T and U; (k-10) Between points A and V; (k-ll) Between points V and Y, 20 feet in width, and Y and K; (k-12) Between points Y and D, 20 feet in width; (k-13) Between points K and E; and (k-l4) Between points J and 00; and for the construction, maintenance, operation,repair and replacement of an electric power line in location in­dicated by broken red and white lines (k-15) Between points D and Y, and Y and V on said Exhibit "A" upon the same right of way strips over which easements for pipe lines will be granted to the District pursuant to the provisions of subpara­graphs (k-ll) and (k-12) of this Section 1, said easement to be in the form of Exhibit "F-l" hereto attached.
