Deed from the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company to the Union Pacific Railroad Company, dated June 1, 1954, referred to in Paragraph 5 of Section III of the Escrow Instructions. 8. Deed dated June 1, 1954, from the Union Pacific Railroad Company to the District, referred to in Paragraph 6 of Section III of the Escrow instructions. 9. Bill of Sale dated June 1, 1954, from the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to the District, referred to in Paragraph 7 of Section III of the Escrow Instructions. 10. Certified copy of Deed dated July 17, 1953, from the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company to the Union Pacific Railroad Company, referred to in Paragraph 8 of Section III of the Escrow Instructions. 11. Certified copy of Deed dated July 18, 1953* from the Union Pacific Railroad Company to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, referred to in Paragraph 9 of Section III of the Escrow Instructions. This letter and the enclosed documents will be delivered to you by Mr. Calvin Cory on June 21st, 1954. Will you please receipt for this letter and the enclosed documents on the additional copy of this letter which will be handed to you at that time, and return the receipt to Mr. Cory. Will you also promptly advise the Las Vegas Valley Water District and its attorneys, Mr. Franklin Hamilton and Mr. Leo McNamee, of the receipt by you of the Escrow Instructions and the enclosed documents, I am sending a copy of this letter and the enclosed Escrow Instructions to the Las Vegas Valley Water Distriot, and to its attorneys above named, with the request that the District promptly execute the three originals of the Escrow Instructions which are handed you herewith. When the District has executed the enclosed Escrow Instructions, will you please execute the acceptance of this -2 -
