I June 25, 1953 Pile 80-11 Mrs. Adeline Russell Secretary to Mr. Thomas A. Campbell Las Vegas Valley Water District P. 0, Box 1448 Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mrs. Russell; I have your letter of June 23, 1953, regarding extra copies of agreements and prints which I referred to in my letter of June 8, 1953, to Mr.Campbell. Our records here Indicate that on June 8, 1953, one package containing three complete, conformed copies of the agreement dated June 1, 1953, and 15 copies of the agreement complete except for Exhibits "A”, "D" and "H” was mailed to Mr. Campbell. Our records also Indicate that on June 9th we sent in a separate package in roll form 15 uncolored prints of Exhibits "A", "D” and "H". I understand that trouble has been had heretofore in loss of or delay to mail in the Las Vegas Post Office. I suggest that you check with the Post Office concerning the prints and also check through the documents sent you on June 8th to see if you can not locate the three complete copies of the agreement.
