A motion was duly made by Director Thorn, seconded by Director Miller, and unanimously approved by the five Directors present that a fire hydrant rate for Clark County in the amount of $10 per month be adopted. DIRECTOR COULTHARD JOINED THE MEETING AT THIS TIME.
