Mr* Reinhardt - Z In event the area, or any substantial parcel, along Highway 95, northwesterly of the Sweeney Tr- ot is subdivided, such subdivider would demand service from the nearest line and as the lines to be constructed under the alternate proposal would probably be inadequate to provide adequate service for such development, the Water Company would be obligated to construct the 10 '• main along Highway 95 from Honansa Hoad to intersection of Beverly Drive as Indicated by green line on Map No. 1. The estimated cost of constructing the 1 0 m&ln at present is I? 500* As the cost of constructing the alternate lines, estimated at |31 750» will be an outright donation, and as th® cost of constructing the 10*1 line, if and when required, is estimate to be less than the anticipated refunds that would be payable to the subdivides under the original proposal to the subdividers, I request authority to negotiate with Mr. Sweeney on the alternate proposal, I have discussed this matter with Mr. Bennett and he sees no legal objection* W, H, Johnson
