Ritter; l o w letter September 9, file 7334, regarding expiration of the Gibbons A Reed Leave on Bo nans a Road; The lease expired September 30th and the 30-day period of grace for removal of buildings expired October 31et* I contacted Henry Kelson of the Olof Kelson Construction Company, who purchased the four sheds thereon from Gibbons A Reed and he advises he is making arrangements to remove them from the site and will have this accomplished by November 9th, the date on which bids are opened for the Charleston Boulevard underpass. Will follow this up and see that the premises are cleared. A. M. Folger
