n | m I III© regular annual meeting of the Stockholders of the Las Vegas Land and later Company was held, pursuant to the By-Laws, in the office of the Company and at Its principal plane of business, to-wit: Boom 533 Paolflo Electric Building, in the City of Los Angeles, state of California, on. the @th day of Kovember, 1926, at 11:00 o* clock A.M. The secretary stated that notice of said meeting had been given to each of the Stockholders at least ten days prior to the date of meeting, by written notice signed by him, specifying time and place, and mailed to the address of each stockholder as it appears on the hooks of the Ooapany, In the absence of the President, Mr. falter B, Bracken, Vice President, presided as Chairman of the meeting. Mo Inspectors having been previously appointed, on motion duly made and carried, Mr* A. 3. Hoisted was elsotsd Inspector to opsn and olose the polls, receive and take all ballots and proxies, and decide all questions touching upon the qualifications of voters, validity of the proxies and acceptance or rejection of votes at the meeting. Those present and desiring to participate in the meeting were ascertained and Chairman requested all holders of proxies to hand in such proxies. Thereupon such proxies were deposited with the Inspector, who reported that the following shares of stock were represented at the meeting, to-wit: A. 3.
