As in stru cted in your le t t e r , I am having the Legal Department prepare Contract o f Sale fo r th is land, and tr y in g to avoid the same trou b le we had in s a le o f acreage some months ago to Saunders, wherein the Legal Department was put to the tro u b le o f preparing papers and then having the deal turned down - I have required Mr. Hawkins to d eposit in escrow in the F ir s t S tate Bank o f Las Vegas, Mevada, check in the amount o f $1,000.00, which would re v e r t to us in case o f lik e conditions a r is in g in th is d e a l.
