Ho* 16097, dated July X3, 1968 with Hunt Process Company, accepting proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, tools, machinery and all other items necessary to repair spalled areas and cracks In Land Company1s warehouse located at 3385 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, California, work to be performed to the satisfaction of the Land Company for a consideration of $5,417.00, upon completion of work and presentation of invoice to cover; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
