Bates: Herewith Is Grant, Bargain, Sale Deed of the Las Vegas Valley Water District to the Los Angeles and Salt Lake Railroad Company, conveying the so-called pumping station site heretofore deeded to the Las Vegas Valley Water District. As you know, the District does not in-, tend to use this site and are now deeding the property back to the railroad company.
