successors or assigns, when the District, its successors or as­signs, shall cease to use said land as a site for a pumping sta­tion* In the event the District shall abandon the use of said pumping station on said land, the District at its sole ex­pense, and within ninety (90) days after said abandonment, shall remove said pumping station and restore the surface of the ground to the condition existing prior to the construction of said pump­ing station* Section 6* On or before the sale date the District and Union Pacific shall enter into an agreement with the BANK OF NE- » - ~ VADA, of las Vegas, Nevada, providing for the opening of a trust fund to be held in trust by said bank and disbursed pursuant to instructions given the Bank in said agreement for the purposes hereinafter stated. On the first day of the month next succeed­ing the sale date and on the first day of each month thereafter for a period of twenty (2©) years, subject to the provisions of Sections 7 and 1© hereof, the District shall deposit with the said Bank in said trust fund the sum of Twelve Hundred Fifty Dollars (#1,250.00).
