Haag - Lae Vegas) Please refer to Mr. Maag's letter to you under date of January 14th* regarding title Insurance to be furnished in connection with Water Company agreements» file BB-3-9-1. We are in receipt of policies of title Insurance mentioned in the last paragraph of Mr. Haag's letter and hare sent to you for filing in your records with easements secured in connection with LVL&WCo. Agreement Contract Audit Bo. 10724* Policy Wo. LV 32700* under our letter of January 13th. The rest of the policies are guarantees as to dedication of streets and alleys only and are retained in our files. When vs receive the policies mentioned in the third paragraph of Mr. Maag's letter* the policies covering agreements "SPL.D. 2694* 0A#10701« and HST»1.B. 2715. CA#10712 vill he retained in our files because they are guarantee policies only as mentioned above and the other two policies of title insurance will he sent to you for filing with their respective easements.
