Mr, 0, M. Gory - 2, designated by & duly authorized represent&tive of the company, but in no event shall there be less than 36* of covering over such water mains. All workmanship, material and installation of said water mains shall be subject to the approval and acceptance by a duly authorized representative of the company. 3. To stake water lines. 4. To furnish easements where necessary. 5. To furnish Bill of Sale, conveying title to the water mains to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. THE COMPANY AGREES; 1. Upon execution of this agreement and receipt of said Bill of Sale and such necessary easements for said water lines, to pay to the Subdivider, at quarterly intervals, 35^ of the revenue received by it from consumers located within Hyde Park Subdivision #2 taking service from the water line# installed hereunder for a period of ten (loj years from the date of completion of said installation or until the Subdivider has been repaid the agreed upon sum of 135*582, whichever first occurs. Other usual conditions. Also, will you please prepare Bill of Sale conveying title to the water lines to the LVL&w Co.?
