White: Xour letter May 19, file BD 1-2-1# regarding olasaifioation of water sales: We have heretofore classified water sales on the basis of the use to which the water is placed, fhe water delivered to the houses in the Army Housing Project is used for residential use and in our opinion should be so classified. Prior to January 1, 19^8, we had classified the delivery of water to Army Housing Project as ’•Utility* because we delivered on a meter basis. However, since we now serve on a flat rate and the use is residential, will you please transfer the sales reported under •Utility* for January, February, March and April to the "Residential* classification.
