I agree.Mr. A. E. Cahlan 2 April 14, 1953 official*, both locally and in the east, and I know that proposals which are being considered by the District must be reviewed by the Board, the attorneys and the engineers for the District* At various times while the transaction has been progressed, one side or the other has had to wait while the other considered a proposal or a counter-proposal which had been submitted. Z think that each side has acted as expeditiously as possible under the circumstances throughout the entire negotiations. As I told you on the telephone the other day, Mr. Ren- wlck on March 19, 1953, submitted a draft of a final agreement to the District and its attorneys. At the same time the draft was circulated among interested Railroad officials who had not previously seen the agreement. It is expected that all parties will have completed their consideration of this draft soon and that the agreement will be placed in final form at an early date. Very truly yours, E. S, Bennett cc - Mr. Thomas A. Campbell, President Das Vegas Valley Water District P, 0.
