Additional Commissioner Whipple moved the application of the Golden Nugget, Inc. 129 Fremont, by A. W. Ham for one additional Faro Bank License for the first quarter of 1951 be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. Changes Commissioner Moore moved the application of the Eldorado Club Inc by Dr. M. M. Bernstein, 128 Fremont for gaming license for the first quarter of 1951 for 78 slot machines, 3 craps, 2 roulette, 3 "21" games, 1 Race Horse Book, 1 Race Horse Keno, 2 Poker and 1 Sportsbook be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. Commissioner Moore moved the application of Dave Wolzinger, Thrifty Liquor Store, 28 Fremont for license for 5 slot machines for the first quarter of 1951 be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. LIQUOR APPLICATIONS Commissioner Moore moved the application of Raymond R. Salmon, New Yorker Bar, Denied for a Tavern Liquor license for the first quarter of 1951 be denied. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole.
