Under date of Hovember 7* 1951* Mr. Stoddard approved proposal to bill management expense monthly Instead of annually, as stated in the contract, and this arrangement will be placed in effect as of October 1, 1951* At some appropriate time in the future supplemental agreement will be executed between the two parties to the contract to conform to this new practice. Auditor is arranging to charge a portion of your monthly salary and personal expenses while you are acting as Manager of LVL&WCo. properties at Las Vegas to the LVL&WCo., and there will be included in October, 1951* accounts a charge of #700,00 monthly retroactive to January 1, 1951* minus the actual amount of your personal expenses paid direct by LVL&WCo, during the first 10 months of this year. Effective Moveraber 1, 1951* pleaae prepare your personal expense accounts for payment by UPRRCo. instead of LVL&WCo. as heretofore. For your information, the #700.00 monthly charge to LVL&WCo* is baaed on #550*00 proportion of your salary and #150.00 proportion of your personal expenses as being applicable to LVL&WCo* expense.
